Information Training Outreach Centre for United Kingdom (ITOCUK) is a registered charity (Charity No: 1216064) based in England and Wales.

The charity is dedicated to advancing education and improving opportunities for socially and economically disadvantaged young people aged 16–30 through digital literacy, employability training, mentoring, and capacity development programmes.

We envision a United Kingdom where all young people, regardless of their social or economic background, have access to education, digital skills, and opportunities necessary to build successful and meaningful lives.

Our Mission

Our mission is to advance education and relieve the needs of disadvantaged young people through structured training programmes, mentoring, and capacity development initiatives that strengthen their digital, employability, and life skills.

Our Charitable Objects

The objects of the CIO are:

  • To advance the education of socially and economically disadvantaged young people aged 16–30 in the UK through workshops, mentoring, and training in digital literacy, employability skills, life skills, and related educational areas.
  • To advance in life and relieve the needs of disadvantaged young people through programmes and activities that develop their skills, capacities, and capabilities.
  • To support the development of skills and knowledge that enable young people to participate fully in society as independent and responsible individuals.

Our Legal Status and Governance

ITOCUK is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation registered in England and Wales.

The charity operates in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 and is governed by a Board of Trustees responsible for:

  • Strategic direction
  • Compliance with charity law
  • Financial oversight
  • Programme governance

The trustees act in the best interests of the charity and its beneficiaries.
