Information Training Outreach Centre for United Kingdom (ITOCUK) is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered in England and Wales (Charity No: 1216064), dedicated to advancing education, improving employability, and strengthening life opportunities for socially and economically disadvantaged young people aged 16–30 across the United Kingdom.
Through digital literacy training, mentoring, and capacity development programmes, we equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in education, employment, and society.
Empowerment focus: Participants are encouraged to develop their power of expression, critical thinking and moral reasoning to make positive decisions and enhancing their sense of responsobility and purpose. Analysing the constructive and destructive focus of society and changing their surroundings through positive action.
We focus on advancing education, digital literacy, and employability for young people aged 16–30 across the UK.

The programmes are often run in neighborhoods and community centers, aiming to create positive peer groups.

To work with disadvantaged young people to develop their powers of expression,
critical thinking, and moral reasoning, enabling them to make informed and positive
life decisions. It aims to strengthen their sense of responsibility, independence, and
purpose, while supporting the development of digital skills, education, employment
readiness, and career and professional pathways.
Through this approach, young people are equipped to critically analyse the
constructive and destructive forces within society and are empowered to take
positive action to improve their circumstances and communities.

their thoughts, fears, and lived experiences. It encourages honest dialogue and
constructive reflection, enabling them to better understand and respond to the
realities they face.

we aim to break cycles of disadvantage, build resilience, and support young people
in creating positive, sustainable futures.
