Our Purpose

Information Training Outreach Centre for United Kingdom (ITOCUK) is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered in England and Wales (Charity No: 1216064), dedicated to advancing education, improving employability, and strengthening life opportunities for socially and economically disadvantaged young people aged 16–30 across the United Kingdom.

Through digital literacy training, mentoring, and capacity development programmes, we equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in education, employment, and society.

Empowerment focus: Participants are encouraged to develop their power of expression, critical thinking and moral reasoning to make positive decisions and enhancing their sense of responsobility and purpose. Analysing the constructive and destructive focus of society and changing their surroundings through positive action.

We focus on advancing education, digital literacy, and employability for young people aged 16–30 across the UK.

Who We Are

Information Training Outreach Centre for United Kingdom (ITOCUK) is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered in England and Wales (Charity No: 1216064).

Our programmes aim to empower young people to contribute to the well being of their communities and develop and a strong moral identity.

The programmes are often run in neighborhoods and community centers, aiming to create positive peer groups.

We provide practical, skills-focused programmes that support disadvantaged young people in developing digital literacy, employability skills, and personal capacity to achieve sustainable and meaningful participation in society.

Our Focus Areas

We provide essential digital skills training to ensure young people can effectively use technology for education, employment, and daily life.
Our programmes prepare young people for employment through CV preparation, interview training, and career readiness support.
We help young people build confidence, resilience, communication skills, and financial literacy.
We connect young people with mentors and professionals who provide guidance, support, and career advice.

Our Mission

To advance the education and life opportunities of disadvantaged young people in the United Kingdom through digital literacy training, mentoring, and capacity development programmes.

To work with disadvantaged young people to develop their powers of expression, critical thinking, and moral reasoning, enabling them to make informed and positive life decisions. It aims to strengthen their sense of responsibility, independence, and purpose, while supporting the development of digital skills, education, employment readiness, and career and professional pathways. Through this approach, young people are equipped to critically analyse the constructive and destructive forces within society and are empowered to take positive action to improve their circumstances and communities. To also provides a safe, supportive space where young people can openly share their thoughts, fears, and lived experiences. It encourages honest dialogue and constructive reflection, enabling them to better understand and respond to the realities they face. By combining personal development, practical skills, and a safe space for reflection, we aim to break cycles of disadvantage, build resilience, and support young people in creating positive, sustainable futures.
